Larry Kreider is joined by Kim Zimmerman and her daughter, Meagan Keller, to discuss their new book, The Unbroken Spirit: Navigating Trauma Without Losing Your Passion for God. Prompted by the tragic death of Kim’s brother, this book shares the journey that both mother and daughter had to walk through. They discuss navigating trauma, living with grief, choosing forgiveness, and finding comfort and true peace that only comes from their faith and trust in Jesus.
Kim Zimmerman and her husband, Brian, live in Lititz, PA. Together, they pastor Shift Church and are the apostolic oversight for the House to House Microchurch Network. They started City Gate Lancaster in 2007 and have expanded to other cities. Kim has a passion for worship and prayer, which led her to begin Her Legacy, a regional women’s ministry that teaches and empowers women with the Word of God. Sharing revelation and teaching the Word have been her passions since a young age. Kim and Brian have two married daughters and three grandchildren.
Meagan Keller is Kim and Brian Zimmerman’s daughter. She and her husband, Caleb, along with their two children, live in Lititz, PA. Meagan is an expert natural-light photographer, owning her own business. She also has an incredible gift with words, letting the reader experience the depth of emotions in her writing.
