In today's episode, Peter Bunton, director of DOVE Mission International, answers these necessary questions. Listen as he and Larry Kreider explain tacit knowledge, how to prepare incoming and outgoing leaders for the succession process, and the issues that can occur with change.

Peter Bunton holds a Ph.D. in missiology from the University of Manchester, England. His doctoral research focused on founder succession within international Christian organizations and movements. Originally from London, England, Peter resides in Leola, PA, with his wife, Ruth Ann. He speaks six languages and is an adjunct instructor in world Christianity at Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, Pennsylvania.
